For Educators

Thank you for guiding the next generation.

This space offers reflections, inspirations, prompts, and tips to help you use our books in your teaching space.

Children and teens are at a crucial stage of building who they are. These are the years when they form beliefs about themselves, others, and the world.
Through curiosity, kindness, and example, we can help them grow with awareness rather than fear.

Personal development isn’t an extra subject — it’s the foundation for all others. The more children understand themselves, the more confidently they can learn, connect, and thrive.

“All kids are born geniuses, but are crushed by society itself”

“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid”

“You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great”

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit”

Quotes to inspire your teaching journey...

  • Every subject in Grow Well can be explored over a month, divided into four weekly themes.

  • Leave space for questions : they’re where true learning begins.

  • Use real-life examples and connect the lessons to personal experiences. Kids understand better when they relate.

  • Remind them that mistakes are part of learning. What matters is curiosity, not perfection.

  • Keep it fun and light. Laughter helps learning stick.

  • Avoid negative labels. Words are powerful and shape how children see themselves, and these beliefs can last a lifetime.

  • Above all, model what you teach. Growth is contagious.

Teaching Approach

What does “growing well” mean to you right now?

What do you think this power means, and what we will talk about?

What’s something kind you noticed someone else do?

How can we help each other use our powers better?

How can you use your powers to make things better tomorrow?

What’s one thing you’ll remember from today’s discussion?

Conversation Prompts

These prompts can be used for any power or chapter in Grow Well.

They’re meant to spark reflection, help students connect the lessons to their own lives, and encourage them to see how their “superpowers” show up in daily situations.

You can ask one or two questions at the start of a class, during a discussion, or at the end of an activity. Let the answers flow naturally.

These questions are meant to open doors, not close them. Let curiosity guide the conversation — not perfection.

This page will keep growing over time, just like the students you guide.
Thank you for being part of this journey and for helping the next generations grow well.
